In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pv66" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pv66.io and all associated subdomains, applications, and services operated thereunder.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile-optimised interface, and any other digital environment through which pv66 services are delivered.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the pv66 platform and uses any of its services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration on the pv66 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means BDT deposits made by a Player via supported payment methods that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games, and any other gaming or betting products offered through the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, represented by the ৳ symbol.

By accessing the pv66 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or using any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pv66 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

pv66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an Account on pv66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. pv66 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Players. Age verification is conducted at the point of registration and may be requested again at the time of first withdrawal or at any other stage at pv66's sole discretion.
2. You are acting on your own behalf as an individual person and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person or legal entity.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
4. You do not already hold an active or suspended Account on the pv66 Platform.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pv66 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
6. Your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or court order applicable in your jurisdiction.

pv66 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an Account at any time where it reasonably believes that the eligibility criteria have not been or are no longer met. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible Account may be voided.

To access the Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on pv66. The opening of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified, pv66 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered via bKash, Nagad, or SMS. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pv66 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pv66 may request documentary evidence of your identity at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a verification review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the verification request may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Dormancy

An Account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). pv66 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts, as specified in the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied.

All deposits to pv66 Accounts must be made using payment methods supported by the Platform. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard cards issued by Bangladeshi banks.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: As specified on the deposit page, subject to the Player's account verification level and the limits of the selected payment method.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and credited in BDT only. Transactions made in other currencies are not accepted.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the Account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours depending on the sending bank.
• Deposit source: Funds deposited to pv66 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in Account suspension.

pv66 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pv66 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Players who have completed the identity verification process and whose Accounts are in good standing. All withdrawals are paid in BDT to a payment account registered in the Player's own name.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: As specified on the withdrawal page, subject to the Player's VIP tier and account verification level.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically approved within one (1) hour of the request being submitted during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

pv66 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, pending investigation of suspected account misuse, or where the withdrawal would result in a negative Account balance after pending wagers are settled. Any Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be deducted from the Account balance prior to processing a withdrawal of Real Money Funds.

6.2 Withdrawal Fees

pv66 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. For Players who have not made at least one qualifying wager since their most recent deposit, pv66 reserves the right to apply a processing fee of up to two percent (2%) of the withdrawal amount to cover payment provider costs.

pv66 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to an Account must be wagered at least twenty (20) times before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain games, including but not limited to live dealer Baccarat, Roulette, and specific table game variants, may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements as specified in the promotion's terms.

7.2 Bonus Validity

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will be automatically removed from the Account without notice. Validity periods are stated in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

7.3 Bonus Abuse

pv66 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk opposing bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, pv66 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings and to close the Account.

7.4 VIP Programme

The pv66 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond. Tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering activity over the applicable review period. Benefits, cashback rates, withdrawal limits, and personal manager access differ by tier. Full VIP programme terms are published in the VIP section of the Platform. pv66 reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the VIP programme with reasonable notice to affected Players.

All games and betting markets available on pv66 are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface or betting market. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game or market outcome.

8.1 Game Outcomes

The outcomes of all casino games offered through pv66 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by the respective game supplier. pv66 does not control, modify, or have advance knowledge of individual game outcomes. Sports betting market outcomes are determined by the real-world result of the relevant sporting event.

8.2 Disputed Bets

If you believe a game or bet outcome is incorrect, you must notify the pv66 support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. pv66's decision on disputed outcomes, made in good faith after review of available records, shall be final.

8.3 Cancelled Events

Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the applicable result-confirmation threshold is met, pv66 reserves the right to void all bets placed on that event and return stakes to Players' Accounts. The specific thresholds for each sport are detailed in the sportsbook rules accessible on the Platform.

8.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, interruption, or error in a game, pv66 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the Player's Account. Incomplete game rounds that cannot be verified due to a technical fault will be treated as void. pv66 accepts no liability for loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions outside its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pv66 Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sports market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game provided thereon.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration, during identity verification, or in any communication with pv66.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the Platform for any money-laundering activity.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, threatening language, or discriminatory conduct toward pv66 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming controls, age verification processes, or security measures implemented on the Platform.

All intellectual property rights in the pv66 Platform, including but not limited to the pv66 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials, are owned by or licensed to pv66 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to pv66.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without pv66's prior written consent.

pv66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pv66 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, and fraud-prevention services solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services and comply with applicable legal obligations.

All data transmitted between your device and the pv66 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. pv66 implements industry-standard security controls to protect stored data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pv66 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, in relation to the Platform and Services. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

pv66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Service, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or device failures occurring outside pv66's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pv66's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pv66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including where pv66 determines that these Terms have been breached, where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where continued operation of the Account would represent a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account after the deduction of applicable fees and forfeited Bonus Funds will be returned to the Player via the withdrawal method on record, subject to completion of identity verification and the absence of any valid legal hold on the funds.

Amendments take effect on the date specified in the relevant notice. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law, with particular regard to practices applicable to the online gaming industry.

In the event of a dispute between you and pv66, we encourage you to first contact the pv66 support team to seek an informal resolution. pv66 is committed to resolving complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents pv66 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or the security of the Platform.
